This establishment is a municipal service for independent residents aged over 60. It is staffed by 10 people, including a manager and an activity leader, both of whom have paramedical qualifications.<\/p><h3>HOUSING<\/h3><ul><li>The residence has 47 homes, divided into 42 F1 flats and 5 F2 flats.<\/li><li>Each home is equipped with a kitchenette (with electric hob and fridge), an adapted bathroom and internet\/telephone and television sockets. Residents then furnish their accommodation as they wish.<\/li><li>The residence is entitled to social assistance for accommodation (ASH) and has an APL agreement.<\/li><\/ul><h3>PARTNERSHIPS WITH HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS<\/h3><ul><li>If necessary, residents are free to call on their GP, private nurses of their choice or home nursing services. A home nursing service is available within the establishment from 8am to 8pm.<\/li><li>They can also call on the home help and support services (SAAD) if they need help with the upkeep of their home or with everyday tasks.<\/li><\/ul><h3>AGING WELL<\/h3><ul><li>Focused on maintaining independence,\u00a0<strong>the animation project<\/strong>\u00a0provides a real dynamic to the life of the Residence. Time spent socialising and socialising helps to break down isolation, maintain social links and preserve and stimulate independence. Communal areas, such as the library and dining room, are ideal for these get-togethers.<\/li><li>Residents are involved in monitoring the operation of the facility and can make suggestions through the bodies set up, such as the\u00a0<strong>Social Life Council\u00a0<\/strong>Residents' Committee: representatives of residents, families and managers meet three times a year to give their opinions and make suggestions on any issue concerning the organisation and day-to-day life of the establishment.<\/li><\/ul><h3>THE ANIMATIONS<\/h3><ul><li>A large\u00a0<strong>programme of activities<\/strong>\u00a0The schedule of activities for the week is distributed to residents' letterboxes every Friday evening and is also displayed in the communal areas of the Residence.<\/li><li>From\u00a0<strong>guest speakers<\/strong>\u00a0come regularly to offer activities. For the more sporty residents, a psychomotor therapist offers trampoline sessions every fortnight and a judo professional leads a falls prevention workshop using martial arts once a month. A musician also visits the residents and introduces them to different instruments.<\/li><li>In addition, there will be opportunities for discussion, artistic mediation and storytelling sessions for\u00a0<strong>encourage communication and creativity<\/strong>.<\/li><li>On Tuesday and Friday mornings, anyone who wants to can learn how to use a tablet computer.<\/li><\/ul><h3>THE PLUS<\/h3><ul><li>The establishment offers a\u00a0<strong>bed and breakfast<\/strong>\u00a0for people who wish to come and visit their loved one from time to time, at a cost of \u20ac30\/night.<\/li><li>In collaboration with Grand Paris Grand Est, the establishment has set up a\u00a0<strong>eco-citizen project<\/strong>\u00a0which helps residents to learn about selective sorting. They also look after their vegetable garden in a pleasant patio area.<\/li><li>A service of\u00a0<strong>mass catering<\/strong>\u00a0is offered every lunchtime.<\/li><li>A\u00a0<strong>intergenerational project<\/strong>\u00a0has been set up with the Institut de formation Th\u00e9odore Simon. Two studio flats are rented by students from this nursing school, with the aim of encouraging intergenerational encounters.<\/li><li>A fully equipped hairdressing salon is available in the establishment. Residents can make an appointment with the home hairdresser of their choice, and the premises are made available to them.<\/li><li>The Residence is a\u00a0<strong>a secure place to live<\/strong>.
