El primer proyecto de renovaci\u00f3n urbana 2008-2021<\/strong><\/h3><p>Tras m\u00e1s de diez a\u00f1os de ejecuci\u00f3n, ha concluido el programa operativo del primer proyecto de regeneraci\u00f3n urbana de Fauvettes. Se han demolido dos bloques de torres que conten\u00edan 354 viviendas sociales, se han construido 728 nuevas viviendas (tanto sociales como privadas), se han rehabilitado 424 viviendas, 9 edificios se han convertido en residenciales y los nuevos equipamientos p\u00fablicos han aumentado el n\u00famero de servicios en el barrio. En conjunto, estas iniciativas han mejorado la calidad de vida de m\u00e1s de 10.000 residentes.<\/p><h3><strong>\u00a0B. 2021-2030: un nuevo proyecto para continuar la regeneraci\u00f3n del distrito<\/strong><\/h3><p>En 2017, Neuilly-sur-Marne se embarc\u00f3 en un segundo proyecto de renovaci\u00f3n urbana, como parte del\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anru.fr\/le-nouveau-programme-national-de-renouvellement-urbain-npnru\"><strong>Nuevo Programa Nacional de Renovaci\u00f3n Urbana (NPNRU)<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0<\/a><\/p><p>Este nuevo proyecto, cuyas primeras obras comenzar\u00e1n en 2021, abarca un \u00e1rea de <b>todo el barrio<sup>1<\/sup><\/b>. Se dar\u00e1 prioridad a las zonas del centro y el sur del distrito que no se renovaron durante el primer programa. El objetivo es continuar los esfuerzos del primer proyecto de renovaci\u00f3n urbana para :<\/p><ul><li>Transformar Val Coteau\/Les Fauvettes en una zona residencial de alta calidad y socialmente mixta<\/li><li>Aumentar el dinamismo y el atractivo del centro del distrito, ofreciendo una amplia gama de servicios a la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/li><li>Valorizar e integrar los espacios naturales existentes para hacer de Val Coteau\/Les Fauvettes un elemento clave de la red verde local.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><b>En respuesta a estos objetivos, las operaciones previstas en el marco del proyecto se organizan en torno a 5 grandes ejes estrat\u00e9gicos:<\/b><\/p><ol><li>Demoler y\/o renovar edificios antiguos para crear espacios vitales de alta calidad<\/li><li>Diversificar el parque de viviendas para promover una mezcla social<\/li><li>Ofrecer nuevos servicios para satisfacer las necesidades locales y revitalizar el barrio<\/li><li>Desarrollar espacios al aire libre para mejorar la calidad de vida y la movilidad<\/li><li>Promover un planteamiento de desarrollo sostenible ejemplar para hacer frente a los grandes retos medioambientales y mejorar la calidad de vida.<\/li><\/ol><h3>\u00a0<strong>C. Participaci\u00f3n de los residentes locales en el proyecto<\/strong><\/h3><p><b>Como primeros afectados por los pr\u00f3ximos cambios, los residentes tienen un papel que desempe\u00f1ar en el futuro proyecto.<\/b><\/p><p>Del 15 de marzo al 14 de junio de 2021, el Grand Paris Grand Est propuso una primera fase de consulta, previa a la firma del convenio con la Agence Nationale de la R\u00e9novation Urbaine (firmado en diciembre de 2021). Durante tres meses, los residentes, socios y usuarios pudieron informarse sobre el nuevo proyecto y aportar sus opiniones y propuestas para enriquecerlo antes de que comenzaran las primeras obras. Su per\u00edmetro es m\u00e1s amplio que el del barrio prioritario Val Coteau.
