Het eerste stadsvernieuwingsproject 2008-2021<\/strong><\/h3><p>Na meer dan tien jaar uitvoering is het operationele programma van het eerste stadsvernieuwingsproject Fauvettes voltooid. Twee torenflats met 354 sociale woningen zijn gesloopt, er zijn 728 nieuwe woningen (zowel sociale als particuliere) gebouwd, 424 woningen zijn opgeknapt, 9 gebouwen zijn residentieel gemaakt en nieuwe openbare voorzieningen hebben het aantal diensten in de wijk vergroot. Alles bij elkaar hebben deze initiatieven de levenskwaliteit van meer dan 10.000 bewoners verbeterd.<\/p><h3><strong>\u00a0B. 2021-2030: een nieuw project om de vernieuwing van de wijk voort te zetten<\/strong><\/h3><p>In 2017 is de stad Neuilly-sur-Marne begonnen aan een tweede stadsvernieuwingsproject, als onderdeel van het\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.anru.fr\/le-nouveau-programme-national-de-renouvellement-urbain-npnru\"><strong>Nieuw nationaal programma voor stadsvernieuwing (NPNRU)<\/strong>\u00a0.\u00a0<\/a><\/p><p>Dit nieuwe project, waarvan de eerste werken zullen starten in 2021, beslaat een gebied van <b>de hele buurt<sup>1<\/sup><\/b>. Er zal prioriteit worden gegeven aan de gebieden in het hart en het zuiden van de wijk die tijdens het eerste programma niet zijn gerenoveerd. Het doel is de inspanningen van het eerste stadsvernieuwingsproject voort te zetten om :<\/p><ul><li>Val Coteau\/Les Fauvettes omvormen tot een hoogwaardige, sociaal gemengde woonwijk<\/li><li>De dynamiek en aantrekkingskracht van het stadsdeelcentrum vergroten door de bevolking een breed scala aan diensten aan te bieden<\/li><li>De bestaande natuurgebieden optimaal benutten en integreren om van Val Coteau\/Les Fauvettes een belangrijk onderdeel van het lokale groene netwerk te maken.<\/li><\/ul><div>\u00a0<\/div><p><b>Als antwoord op deze doelstellingen zijn de geplande activiteiten als onderdeel van het project georganiseerd rond 5 belangrijke strategische gebieden:<\/b><\/p><ol><li>Oudere gebouwen slopen en\/of renoveren om leefruimtes van hoge kwaliteit te cre\u00ebren<\/li><li>Diversificatie van het woningbestand om sociale diversiteit te bevorderen<\/li><li>Nieuwe diensten aanbieden om aan de lokale behoeften te voldoen en de buurt nieuw leven in te blazen<\/li><li>Buitenruimtes ontwikkelen om de levenskwaliteit en mobiliteit te verbeteren<\/li><li>Het promoten van een voorbeeldige benadering van duurzame ontwikkeling om grote milieu-uitdagingen aan te gaan en de levenskwaliteit te verbeteren.<\/li><\/ol><h3>\u00a0<strong>C. Omwonenden bij het project betrekken<\/strong><\/h3><p><b>Als eersten die te maken krijgen met de komende veranderingen, hebben de bewoners een rol te spelen in het toekomstige project!<\/b><\/p><p>Van 15 maart tot 14 juni 2021 organiseerde Grand Paris Grand Est een eerste raadplegingsfase voorafgaand aan de ondertekening van de overeenkomst met het Agence Nationale de la R\u00e9novation Urbaine (ondertekend in december 2021). Gedurende drie maanden konden bewoners, partners en gebruikers meer te weten komen over het nieuwe project en hun mening geven en voorstellen doen om het te verrijken voordat de eerste werkzaamheden begonnen. Klik hier\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandparisgrandest.fr\/sites\/default\/files\/Bilan%20concert%20avec%20Annexes.pdf\">de volledige check-up<\/a>goedgekeurd door de Territoriale Raad op 29 juni 2021.<\/p><p>Tijdens het hele project, <b>regelmatige informatie- en overlegcampagnes <\/b>worden aangeboden om de inwoners van Noc\u00e9 in staat te stellen de voortgang van de werkzaamheden te volgen en deel te nemen aan de transformatie van bepaalde openbare ruimten en aan de ontwikkeling van de plaatselijke economie. <b>verbetering van de kwaliteit van leven<\/b>als onderdeel van de\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandparisgrandest.fr\/fr\/actualites\/la-maison-du-projet-du-renouvellement-urbain-du-quartier-val-coteau-neuilly-sur-marne\">Project Huis<\/a>dat zijn deuren opende in september 2021, en andere evenementen in de wijk en in de stad.<br \/>Agenda en hulpmiddelen beschikbaar op de EPT Grand Paris Grand Est website:\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.grandparisgrandest.fr\/fr\/des-quartiers-en-renouveau\">https:\/\/www.grandparisgrandest.fr\/fr\/des-quartiers-en-renouveau<\/a><\/p><p><em><sup>1\u00a0<\/sup><\/em><em>De \"doorleefde wijk\" komt overeen met de omtrek van de vroegere kwetsbare wijk Fauvettes. De omtrek is breder dan die van de prioritaire wijk Val Coteau.
