Os desafios actuais exigem que estas quest\u00f5es sejam abordadas a uma escala mais vasta. Neste contexto, h\u00e1 mais de 10 anos que a cidade de Neuilly-sur-Marne se debru\u00e7a sobre o futuro do sector patrimonial dos hospitais, tamb\u00e9m conhecido como \"Est-Noc\u00e9en\".<\/p><p>O objetivo deste projeto \u00e9 reintegrar na cidade um bairro h\u00e1 muito tempo fechado \u00e0s suas pr\u00f3prias actividades, com as suas qualidades excepcionais na proximidade de grandes equipamentos naturais e de lazer, como o parque de 33 hectares, o parque da Haute-Ile, o canal de Chelles e o Marne.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div Os quarteir\u00f5es mais densos n\u00e3o ultrapassam os 6 pisos e situam-se a norte do empreendimento devido \u00e0 proximidade do parque de 33 hectares e \u00e0 abertura que este oferece.
