The CCAS issues free swimming pool passes for retired Nocé residents aged 65 and over. This card gives access to the "Plein soleil" swimming pool for two hours a week.

Day trips, afternoon or evening escapades... There are several packages on offer on a regular basis.
A programme of events and the municipal newspaper provide regular information on venues, dates and prices.
Registration takes place at the CCAS. A registration date is set for each outing, and no registrations will be accepted before this date. In order to accommodate as many people as possible, a rota will be established.
There is either a single price for outings, or a sliding scale depending on your quotient.
TO CALCULATE YOUR QUOTIENT, GO TO THE CCAS WITH THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENTS :
- Last income tax assessment or proof of taxable income.
- Last notice of council tax.
- Last rent receipt or co-ownership charges.

Cinema
Once a month, on Tuesdays, the CCAS takes you by coach to watch a film in a cinema.
Registration and payment take place at the CCAS, Maison des Services Publics, only on the Tuesday and Thursday before the session.

Residence Pierre Bérégovoy
MAKE YOURSELF AT HOME
Located in the heart of a lively neighbourhood close to shops, the Résidence Autonome Pierre Bérégovoy offers independent living equivalent to that of a private home, as well as the comfort and security guaranteed by shared accommodation. This establishment is a municipal service for independent residents aged over 60. It is staffed by 10 people, including a manager and an activity leader, both of whom have paramedical qualifications.
HOUSING
- The residence has 47 homes, divided into 42 F1 flats and 5 F2 flats.
- Each home is equipped with a kitchenette (with electric hob and fridge), an adapted bathroom and internet/telephone and television sockets. Residents then furnish their accommodation as they wish.
- The residence is entitled to social assistance for accommodation (ASH) and has an APL agreement.
PARTNERSHIPS WITH HEALTHCARE PROFESSIONALS
- If necessary, residents are free to call on their GP, private nurses of their choice or home nursing services. A home nursing service is available within the establishment from 8am to 8pm.
- They can also call on the home help and support services (SAAD) if they need help with the upkeep of their home or with everyday tasks.
AGING WELL
- Focused on maintaining independence, the animation project provides a real dynamic to the life of the Residence. Time spent socialising and socialising helps to break down isolation, maintain social links and preserve and stimulate independence. Communal areas, such as the library and dining room, are ideal for these get-togethers.
- Residents are involved in monitoring the operation of the facility and can make suggestions through the bodies set up, such as the Social Life Council Residents' Committee: representatives of residents, families and managers meet three times a year to give their opinions and make suggestions on any issue concerning the organisation and day-to-day life of the establishment.
THE ANIMATIONS
- A large programme of activities The schedule of activities for the week is distributed to residents' letterboxes every Friday evening and is also displayed in the communal areas of the Residence.
- From guest speakers come regularly to offer activities. For the more sporty residents, a psychomotor therapist offers trampoline sessions every fortnight and a judo professional leads a falls prevention workshop using martial arts once a month. A musician also visits the residents and introduces them to different instruments.
- In addition, there will be opportunities for discussion, artistic mediation and storytelling sessions for encourage communication and creativity.
- On Tuesday and Friday mornings, anyone who wants to can learn how to use a tablet computer.
THE PLUS
- The establishment offers a bed and breakfast for people who wish to come and visit their loved one from time to time, at a cost of €30/night.
- In collaboration with Grand Paris Grand Est, the establishment has set up a eco-citizen project which helps residents to learn about selective sorting. They also look after their vegetable garden in a pleasant patio area.
- A service of mass catering is offered every lunchtime.
- A intergenerational project has been set up with the Institut de formation Théodore Simon. Two studio flats are rented by students from this nursing school, with the aim of encouraging intergenerational encounters.
- A fully equipped hairdressing salon is available in the establishment. Residents can make an appointment with the home hairdresser of their choice, and the premises are made available to them.
- The Residence is a a secure place to live. A watchman is present in the establishment at night and at weekends.
- The little ones pets are very welcome.
INDICATIVE TARIFFS FOR 2021
The fees are set each year by the Conseil Départemental de la Seine-Saint-Denis and the CCAS.
- 30m² studio: €22.35/day or €679.81/month (including water and heating)
- F2 of 45m²: €27.25/day or €816.08/month (including water and heating)
- The remaining costs are electricity, telephone and home insurance.
- A €610 deposit is required on entry.
- Lunch (optional): €4.09
