Municipal archives
The Neuilly-sur-Marne municipal archives hold all the files and documents produced by the municipal services. They contribute to building up and disseminating the city's historical memoryThey also showcase the town's history and heritage.
They also meet the management needs of the municipal administration and guarantee the exercise of citizens' rights.
What are the funds made up of?
The archive holdings consist ofadministrative archives (files, deliberations of the Town Council, civil status registers, building permits, etc.) but also of any document relating to the history of Neuilly-sur-Marne.
In addition postcards, posters and a collection of old mapss of the town and its main buildings, as well as several thousand photographs. A historical library completes the archive collection.

Local historical associations
A number of historical associations in Neuilly-sur-Marne are also involved in building up the historical memory of Neuilly-sur-Marne.
François-Xavier Donzelot Association
The François-Xavier Donzelot Association, officially created on 16 February 1977, aims to collect historical documents concerning Neuilly-sur-Marne. Through the publication of newsletters and books, and the organisation of exhibitions, lectures and guided tours, its members promote knowledge of the history of our town.

Society for Historical Studies and Research in Psychiatry (SERHEP)
SERHEP
The Société d'Etudes et de Recherches Historiques en Psychiatrie (Society for Historical Studies and Research in Psychiatry) was founded in 1986 by members of the staff of the EPS de Ville-Evrard on a project to preservation of Ville-Evrard's archives and heritage.
Its aims are to to collect any document or object relating to the history of the site and the Ville-Evrard public health establishmentSERHEP's mission is to promote the history of psychiatry, psychiatric work and care practices in order to inform, educate and safeguard everything that makes up the history of psychiatry. Since 2000, with the creation of an archives department, SERHEP has refocused on its mission of historical research studies and promoting the history of psychiatry.
SERHEP organises guided tours of the Neuilly-sur-Marne site and scientific and artistic events. For many years, it has taken part in national heritage days and is regularly involved in events organised by the teams in the various sectors of the establishment.
The SERHEP museum
A museum of art and history is open to all (trainees, students, visitors) every Friday of the month by appointment. Closed in summer. As well as a permanent collection, this museum presents themed exhibitions.

History(s) and memory of Maison Blanche (HMMB)
The association Histoire(s) et mémoire de Maison Blanche is working on the history of psychiatry and care practicesThe project is based on the history of the Maison Blanche hospital from 1900 to 2012.
