A flagship measure of the municipality, the neighbourhood councils were conceived as a new level of reflection and project development with the residents of Nocé. These bodies are intended to breathe new life into the local democratic system.
We are very keen to bring local democracy to life in Neuilly-sur-Marne, by involving citizens more closely in the decision-making process. The neighbourhood councils give everyone a chance to express their views, and that's what we're aiming for.
