The missions
The Mission locale de la Marne aux Bois provides support for young people aged 16 to 25 from Rosny-sous-Bois, Neuilly-Plaisance and Neuilly-sur-Marne who have left school or university. This association, which has been delegated as a public service, carries out its tasks under the supervision of the Ministry of the Economy, Finance and Employment.
The first reception takes place every day from 9am to 12pm and from 1.30pm to 4.30pm (except on Fridays, when they are only available in the afternoon). Young people are seen individually by a social and vocational integration advisor. The advisers take a holistic approach to the young person's situation, and are also called upon to help with problems relating to resources, housing, health, etc. Follow-up involves regular exchanges between the young people and their adviser.
Individual support
The Mission locale offers young people individualised support focused on training and employment: professional projects and job-seeking techniques (CV, covering letter and job interview workshops). Depending on their profile and needs, each young person can be directed towards schemes to work on their career plans, training to gain a qualification or direct access to a job.
A decentralised duty office is now held on the premises of the Youth Prevention and Integration Services on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 2pm to 5pm, without appointment. The aim is to go and meet young people where they live for an initial contact and more in line with each young person and their needs.
A structured network
The Mission locale has set up a network of partner companies to provide permanent or occasional job offers that match the profiles of the young people being monitored. In addition to this, Mission Locale is authorised by the State to sign subsidised contracts with companies in the commercial sector, in the same way as Pôle Emploi. and non-commercial.

A phone is available free of charge for contacting employers. The use of computers connected to the Internet is possible for job-seeking purposes under certain conditions.
