In force since 15 August 2022 and until 2027, the State grants a "bicycle bonus" for the purchase of a conventional bicycle.
Assistance with the purchase of a new conventional bicycle is available on a means-tested basis if your taxable income per unit is less than or equal to €6,300, or if you are disabled. This assistance is set at 40% of the price, capped at €150 (i.e. €375 of the total cost).
This aid may be granted directly to you, independently of initiatives by the local authority, the département or the region, but it will depend on your resources.
Help with the purchase of an electrically-assisted bicycle
🚲 Île-de-France Mobilités helps you buy your electric bike thanks to a grant of up to €500.
This aid applies to new bicycles purchased since 1 January.er December 2019: conventional bicycles with electric assistance, folding bicycles and cargo bikes (two-wheeler, three-wheeler) with or without electric assistance, adapted bicycles. Certain safety accessories, if purchased at the same time as the bike, are also included in the scheme (helmet, pannier, anti-theft device).
Among the supporting documents, you will need to provide a certificate from the city stating that subsidies may not be combined. You can make a request:
