Neighbourhood council

At the initiative of the municipality, the city has set up 8 neighbourhood councils. These bodies are designed to provide a forum for expression, participation, discussion and the development of projects with elected representatives. Their purpose is to meet the expectations of residents of Nocé in terms of local democracy.
 
  

Join the Maison Blanche Neighbourhood Council

To register for the Maison Blanche Neighbourhood Council, fill in the form :

Each Neighbourhood Council has a Steering Committee, the members of which are drawn by lot at the inaugural meeting of the Neighbourhood Council. To apply, all you need to do is send your contact details (surname, first name, postal address, email address, mobile number) by email to : conseil.quartier@neuillysurmarne.fr

After a successful first edition in 2023, the Neighbourhood Council participatory budget is being repeated in 2024. Ten projects were selected last year, including cycle racks, bird nesting boxes, cleanliness walks and musical entertainment at markets. Submit your project now!

 Stage 1: Submission of projects

Download, fill in and return the completed project form before 10 June by email to conseil.quartier@neuillysurmarne.fr by clicking here.

Stage 2: Feasibility and neighbourhood study

The municipal services will study the technical and financial feasibility of your projects. The Neighbourhood Steering Committees will be conducting an approval survey among local residents affected by the projects until 10 July.

Stage 3: Project review

All the selected projects will be presented to the municipal team and the neighbourhood steering committees.

Stage 4: Call to vote and elections

The projects will be put to the vote over the summer. All residents of Nocé will be invited to vote for their favourite project until 31 August.

Stage 5: Results

The winning projects will be unveiled at the Fête des Bords de Marne on 8 September 2024!
